Menopause and Perimenopause Program

Virtual | September 2, 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm

The Texas Children’s Health and Well-Being team is launching a 4-week Menopause and Perimenopause Wellness Program designed to educate teammates experiencing perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause with practical wellness strategies, resources, and peer support to better manage symptoms and improve quality of life.

We will cover topics such as body changes and mental well-being, nutrition, pelvic health and navigating the transition. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in discussions.
