National Nutrition Month

March 2026 marks National Nutrition Month®, an annual campaign led by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics that encourages everyone to make informed food choices and develop sustainable, healthy eating and physical activity habits. This year’s theme, “Discover the Power of Nutrition,” highlights how nutritious foods and balanced lifestyles can help individuals and communities thrive by fueling daily activities, improving overall health, and building long-lasting wellness habits.
